Session Info

Duration: 1x hour initial Zoom session followed by customised plan of Zoom and Messaging sessions For those with a goal in mind who need to be kept accountable, this 6 week service can be tailored to best suit your needs. Usually an initial 1 hour zoom session is completed in the first week to discuss goals/barriers and plan moving forward. 7 days a week messaging service is accessible for accountability purposes plus a minimum further 3x 45 minute Zoom sessions to review goals.
