This form of bodywork allows greater adjustment according to your current needs by gentle (or deep) touch, thus giving the necessary space for tissue, nervous system, cranial bones, spinal cord and sacrum to regulate the flow of celebrospinal fluid to its optimum potential. Even though we may address primarily the physical body we also investigate into the nature of all imbalances that exist within all your subtler 'psychospiritual' bodies, allowing for dis-empowering energies, emotions, old memories and programs to come forth to be purified and released at their own pace. The goal is to restore and reclaim your sovereign Power and Stillness, from within. It is a way of remembering who we are, and why we are here, all expressed in the fluids, tides, cells, organs, chakras, meridians, discovering how our awareness and thoughts supports our bodies and how our bodies support the well-being of our existence.
