As two therapists we are very familiar with the idea of holding space. While that does mean the physical space of a room, it means so much more than that; referring more to the emotional space. That space of permission, of complete acceptance to explore or just be. In Holding Minds, it’s about giving our mama’s to be that space to hold their babies in mind. Being able to be fully present with their little ones whilst holding their emotional states in a nurturing and loving way. Giving them the tools to find that space in their minds, in their hearts and in their beings. And that space always starts with us first, as we ‘hold’ our mamas so that they can be free to explore their feelings and emotions as well. Our 6-week, online programme prepares you for the final stages of pregnancy and the arrival of baby, whilst also enjoying some simple activities to help you bond with baby in belly. Our Pre-natal programme is available for all you expecting mamas out there.
