Session Info

This is your private time with us, where we will first look into one of your most burning requests related to your inner state, relationships or work. As a result of this part of the call you will get a clear understanding of the causes of the problem and what you can do to transcend it and come out even stronger. After this we will get to real stuff. The approach we use is very practical. We are not fans of endless talking with no tangible progress. What we do is we share a technique, which you can start applying yourself any time you want, anywhere you want. So, in the second part of the call we will do a guided letting go practice, which is gold! It will allow you to release and transform some of the pressing energy behind the situation you are dealing with, as a result leaving your lighter and more free. Duration of session 1.5-2 hours
