Session Info

This is an online program for women, in which you will master a simple and powerful technique of letting go with the help of audio-practices. As a result you will become invulnerable to the ups and downs of life, being able to navigate any difficult situation with grace and ease. The program is made of 2 levels and 5 modules. First, we will look into your inner state and focus on letting go of negative energy of shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, anger, and pride with the help of special carefully crafted audio practices. After that we will take a deep dive into all of the areas of life, such as relationships, health and success. THE FORMAT Huminds app You will get access to our app, where you will have all the content and practices. As the group progresses, we will open relevant blocks. You will get lifelong access to the app, which is amazing, because you can always go back to any practice, sit down, relax and let go. Group calls/ Individual calls This program can be taken in groups or individually. If you join the group program, you will have access to weekly group calls, where you will be able to ask any question, share your experience and learn from others. If you join a private format, we will have weekly/ biweekly calls, where we will work on your individual requests. Individual support We will guide you throughout the whole program in a private 1:1 chat, giving feedback on homework, answering your questions and providing all the necessary support.
