Session Info

Heart-to-Heart is a 6 week programme of quality, playful, connection time for you and your child (ages 5-9 years). Come and enjoy some fun and informal games and activities to help strengthen that all important, and often tricky relationship with your child. Together we’ll explore the latest family-friendly research showing us how children can reach their true potential and make more helpful behaviour choices. We’ll also look at the development of our children’s social and emotional brain and best of all, how you play the most important part! For more details don’t hesitate to get in touch.
