Session Info
Built like a tantric ritual, you set the stage, choosing the soundtrack of your session. Then we start to shake off the day, and get present. We warm up getting our sexual energy moving, focusing on our breathing. All ready and warmed up we will explore elements on the pole. I cultivate open communication, about what feels good in your body and what doesn't, in order to build a choreography according to your needs. Towards the end of our session, you will get to enjoy yourself on your own and feel the freedom of dancing when nobody is watching you. Closing off our session, we cool down with relaxing and restorative stretching. You have the option to indulge in a 5 minute massage, focused on a body part.
