Whilst psychedelic therapy currently remains illegal in Cyprus, I recognise that many people are currently working on their own with psychedelics, or have accessed/plan to access plant medicines legally abroad. I work from a harm-minimisation framework to support my clients to clarify their intention and prepare them for their journey as safely as possible. The preparation phase includes initial assessment, exploring intention, set and setting, as well as risk and harm minimisation. Psycho-education and self-care will also be covered in the initial preparation stage. The integration will include accessing somatic felt senses in the body to reorganise and reorder self-concept and perceptions and implementing newfound knowledge and insights, to facilitate long-term sustainable change. Please note: I do not advocate, encourage or endorse the recreational use of illicit substances for any purposes, and I cannot recommend or refer to any service or facilitate you to source any illicit substance.
